Community Events Outreach

Type of commitment:  Ongoing 

Volunteers needed for the following counties: Buncombe, Henderson, Jackson, Transylvania, Haywood, Macon

 

We’re looking for local movers and shakers who want to share their love of waterfalls with their communities.

  • Seek out local opportunities to represent Waterfall Keepers (events, festivals, etc.).
  • Store a Waterfall Keepers banner, booth, merchandise, and other materials and set them up at events.
  • Coordinate with the Local Volunteer Coordinator to staff the event.
  • Take photos to share on the Waterfall Keepers social media channels.
  • Report back to us with the amount of time you spend planning, working events, and traveling for each event.
